These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and MPO8821 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at mpo8821.cam ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, sports betting, and eligibility for promotions and bonuses.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on MPO8821, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other indicator — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When completing registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any time during your membership.

MPO8821 conducts KYC verification as required by our licence obligations. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued identification document (such as a Malaysian National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated will result in account restrictions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time in the majority of cases. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any verification requirements. MPO8821 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. MPO8821 processes same-day withdrawals during standard operating hours for verified accounts with no outstanding wagering requirements.

Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must have been fully completed.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or otherwise verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• No active fraud investigation, chargeback dispute, or compliance hold may be pending on the Account.

MPO8821 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. In the case of unusually large withdrawal amounts or first-time withdrawals exceeding a certain threshold, further identity and source-of-funds verification may be required. MPO8821 offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral rewards, and loyalty tier benefits. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per User, per Account, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 8x to 35x depending on the promotion type.
• Bonus Funds are typically ring-fenced from Real Money Funds. Real Money Funds are used first in gameplay unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus offers have an expiry period. Unused bonus credit and associated wagering requirements that have not been completed within the stated validity window will be forfeited automatically.
• MPO8821 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time. Users who have already accepted an active bonus will be given reasonable notice of material changes.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit promotional terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in Account termination.

All bets placed on the MPO8821 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, or sports markets — are final once confirmed. The following general betting rules apply across all product verticals:

• Sports Betting: Bets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, and other covered events are settled according to official results as declared by the relevant governing body. In cases of event abandonment or postponement, settlement rules specific to the affected market will apply.
• Live In-Play Betting: Odds on live markets fluctuate in real time. MPO8821 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without prior notice. Bets accepted prior to a suspension are valid; bets placed after a suspension is initiated may be voided.
• Casino Games: All outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Maximum Win Limits: Certain games and promotions carry maximum win limits. These are displayed within the relevant game or promotion interface. Winnings exceeding stated limits may be capped at the published maximum.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MPO8821 Platform. Any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate Account suspension and potential legal referral:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account simultaneously.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to influence game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players on poker or other multi-player games.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform software for financial gain. Errors must be reported to support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to conceal the origins of illegally obtained funds.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals without prior engagement with MPO8821 customer support.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

All content on the MPO8821 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and branding — is the property of MPO8821 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. No User may reproduce, redistribute, transmit, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written permission from MPO8821.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MPO8821 excludes all liability for losses arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, profits, or opportunity resulting from Platform downtime or service errors.
• Any third-party service provider failure, including payment processors or game content providers.
• A User's own misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

MPO8821's total liability to any User in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

MPO8821 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• A User's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that necessitate Account restriction.

Upon termination for breach, all Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Funds that are not subject to a compliance hold will be returned to the User via the original deposit method following the completion of any applicable investigation.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are processed within 3 business days.
